No-Frills Cooking, Just the Good Stuff

For most of my life, it was my mother or wife who did most of the cooking, mainly because of my work. But after turning 50 and with a couple of kids in tow, I decided it was time to learn how to cook some of the dishes and cuisines I’ve always enjoyed.

I'm not a professional chef, just someone trying to figure out practical, no-fuss ways to cook good food. I’ve focused on keeping things simple, especially for people like me who aren’t experienced in the kitchen.

Friends and family have asked me to share my recipes, so I’ve started writing them down with a focus on clear instructions—no long stories or extra paragraphs, just the recipe.
