No-Frills Cooking, Just the Good Stuff
For most of my life, cooking was someone else's job. After turning 50 and with kids in tow, I decided it was time to learn how to actually make the food I'd always wanted to eat.
I'm not a professional chef — just someone figuring out practical, no-fuss ways to cook good food. No culinary school, no pretension. Just fast recipes that taste the way they're supposed to.
Friends and family asked me to write the recipes down. So I did.
Clear instructions, no long stories, nothing before the recipe that you have to scroll past. Just the dish.
