Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken
A delicious teriyaki chicken made easy in the air fryer.
Everything you need
Ingredients
- 200 g boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to season
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 0.5 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 cup hot cooked rice
- 1 green onion, to garnish
Method

Chicken
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Marinate for 10–15 minutes.

SAUCE
In a container, combine:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
Mix until dissolved.

Instructions
Dry the chicken.
Cook in air fryer at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
Brush sauce, flip, cook another 5 minutes.
Serve over rice with green onion.
