Broccoli Carrot Chicken
A simple stir-fry dish combining broccoli, carrot, and chicken in a savory sauce.
Everything you need
Ingredients
- 300 grams of broccoli
- 0.5 item carrot
- 3 minced cloves of garlic
- 250 grams of chicken breast
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 0.5 cup water
- Corn starch slurry – 1 teaspoon of corn starch + 2-3 teaspoons of water

Preparation
Rinse broccoli and soak for 2 minutes, then chop into bite-size pieces.
Thinly slice the carrot.
Thinly cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces; add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper, then mix well.

Cooking
In a little oil, stir-fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes. Then add the 3 minced cloves of garlic and sauté for 20-30 seconds.
Add the broccoli and carrot, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce.
Once simmering, add the corn starch slurry (1 teaspoon of corn starch mixed with 2-3 teaspoons of water).
