Instructions

Step 1

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Cut chicken into 14 (1/2-inch) strips.

Step 3

In a resealable plastic bag, mix 1/4 cup of the sweet chili sauce with the remaining marinade ingredients (soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic chili sauce, vegetable oil, and Sriracha sauce). Add the chicken, seal the bag, and turn to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers.

Step 5

Cover the grill and cook the skewers for 10 minutes, turning once, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Step 6

Serve with the remaining sweet chili sauce and garnish with cilantro.
