Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 thin steaks.
Sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.
Place flour in a shallow dish, coat the chicken, and shake off excess.
Melt most of the butter in a large skillet over high heat, reserving about 1 tsp for later.
Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
Reduce heat slightly to medium-high.
Move chicken slightly to the side, then add garlic and the remaining butter.
Stir garlic briefly until butter melts.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, and honey, then stir or shake the pan to combine.
Bring sauce to a simmer and let it cook for about 1 minute until slightly thickened.
Turn the chicken to coat it evenly in the sauce.
If the sauce gets too thick, add a little water and stir.
Remove from the stove immediately and serve on plates.
Drizzle any remaining sauce over the chicken before serving.
