Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Stir Fry Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

PREP INGREDIENTS

MAKE SAUCE
Mix together the sauce ingredients until the sugar is dissolved.

- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

COOK the Broccoli
Cut broccoli into bite sizes.
Blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
Shock in ice water for 3-5 minutes to stop cooking.

Stir Fry
Heat about 1 tablespoon oil in a wok.
Add beef and fry for 15-20 seconds per side until browned.
Remove beef; in the same wok, stir fry garlic for a few seconds.
Pour in the sauce, then add broccoli and return beef to the wok. Toss to combine.
